Working with people and helping others has always been a passion of Nicole Ervin’s.  Her mission is to help her clients accomplish their fitness goals and assist them in making practical lifestyle changes suited to their life.  Customized fitness and nutrition programs are designed specifically for the client, whether they're in junior high or enjoying retirement. After all, combining fitness and nutrition is the best way to achieve optimal health!

  • Cal Poly San Luis Obispo – Bachelors of Science in Nutrition
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) - Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise (CES)
  • American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) – Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist Certification
  • Poliquin - Biosignature Level 1 and 2

ACHIEVEMENTS

While studying nutrition in college, Nicole worked at a local women's gym which inspired me to learn more about fitness and becoming a trainer.  After graduating, she became a certified personal trainer. She started working at a major chain gym where she became one of the top performing trainers helping set club records and get recognition at a regional level.  From there she started her own business to best suite her client’s fitness and nutrition needs.  Client victories have ranged from being no longer considered prediabetic to completing a Ragnar race. 
 
INTERESTS
When Nicole isn’t in the gym, she is enjoying the Paso Robles wine country or going for a cruise in her classic Mustang.  Both hobbies allow her to practice her love of photography and spend time with close family and friends.
