As a professional golfer and athlete, Richard Lerma has a unique experience with how the professional level of sports training benefits athletes of all kinds.  Ric works not only with golfers wanting to improve their game, but also with professional and amateur athletes in many sports, including baseball, football, Olympic handball, soccer and tennis.  Ric also assists mature adults improve their health through functional fitness.

ACHIEVEMENTS
 
With a professional golf career spanning 19 years, Richard has worked with some of the top-ranked PGA and LPGA players on tour and is one of the only trainers in Orange County that is retained to work with top PGA, LPGA and multiple other touring pros..  Helping them achieve their goals and win tournaments through personal training and motivation, Richard has been an integral part of helping these athletes improve their status and move higher in the Worldwide Golf Rankings.  Ric's credits and list of clients include:

  • Head trainer for several LPGA top money leaders and touring rookies
  • Multiple Division 1 golf athletes
  • Top AJGA and SCGA junior athletes
  • Club Champions at multiple Country Clubs

INTERESTS
Fitness and golf are two of Ric's passions.  Aside when he's not training or on the golf course, Ric enjoys organic gardening, fine dining, and spending time with family and friends.
